Trend Reports

Trend Reports are the ideal report for you if you need data for a hotel development project or if you are buying or repositioning a property. Run on a one time basis, Trend Reports display up to six years of monthly performance data including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, supply, demand and revenue. Daily performance data can be included upon request and availability. Choose your sample out of our pre-defined markets or customize your Trend Report by choosing your own set of hotels. Trends are available for the following time periods:

Standard (Data for the last 6 years)

Extended (Data starting in 2000)

Full (Data starting in 1987 for US trends, 1993 for non-US North America, and 1999 for non-North America)

Our pre-packaged Trend Reports for our defined markets are ready to go, and can be delivered in an Excel file to your inbox in minutes. 

Please Note:
• No individual hotel data is displayed in a Trend report.
• If you wish to receive a customized Trend report, please select Custom Trend Report to make your selection.
• The Trend report will be in the local currency of your chosen market.  If you wish a different currency, please contact our Trend department or choose Custom Trend Report to make your selection.
• Non-North American Extended Trends will take two working days to deliver.
