2019 HOST P&L Submission

The 2019 HOST P&L Program is the most extensive and definitive database on hotel industry revenues and expenses. This year the HOST P&L Program is putting a spotlight on all of North America, including the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean and Canada. To submit data for outside North America, click here.

Participation is free! Here’s how:

For 20 or fewer properties: Please complete the 2019 HOST Submission Form for each individual property. We ask that you please submit forms for all properties in your portfolio at one time. You will receive a complimentary HOST P&L Participant Report for each property that submits 2018 data.

For more than 20 properties: Please submit either (1) a 2019 HOST submission form for each property or (2) a mappable corporate Excel spreadsheet. If selecting the spreadsheet option, all portfolio hotels must be included in one Excel file with STR numbers listed for each property.

If you submit data for at least 80% of your portfolio (of 5 or more hotels), you will receive a complimentary Host Almanac.

To receive a complimentary HOST P&L Participant Report, submit your 2018 year-end data by Friday, February 22, 2019. Please send your HOST P&L Submission Form(s) or any questions to HOST@str.com.

HOST P&L Participant Reports will be sent in June.

Please help make HOST P&L as accurate as possible by submitting your data using our submission form or using a consistent, mappable Excel file for multiple properties. Submissions in PDF format or single-property submissions in Excel may result in the delay of your HOST P&L Participant Report. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the proper submission format.
